Fredericksburg, Texas is a small town located in the the rolling Texas
Hill Country west of Austin and San Antonio. This is where we call home.
Fredericksburg was settled by German immigrants and is famous for it's
well preserved German heritage. The Germans have always set high
standards for their chocolate confections and have made demanding
customers. Fredericksburg Fudge has satisfied our neighbors with our
hand made delicacies which are made from the finest ingredients such as
dairy fresh butter and locally grown pecans. Our fudge is still hand
made in small batches in copper kettles. When you visit Fredericksburg
be sure to come by and visit is at our store.
